In the days and weeks before your Special Day your Dedicated Lady Wedding Photography Planner will be in touch with you to plan your Photography Schedule so that everything is carefully organised to run smoothly on your Wedding Day.
How We Can Tell Your Story
If you would like some Getting Ready photographs your Photographer can attend at your home or hotel suite. Please allow an extra hour to cover your Bridal Preparation Photos.
Your photographer needs to be in place at your wedding venue at least half an hour before your ceremony starts. This allows time to shoot some location images and to capture the reportage shots of your guests as they arrive. We also take formal & fun shots of the groom and groomsmen.
We will be waiting to capture your arrival. Then we follow you quietly into the ceremony. We shoot continuously, if allowed, throughout the ceremony. Our photographer will be watching attentively to capture those once in a lifetime images. We record the moments of the exchange of your vows, the giving of the rings and signing of the register.
The formal photographs can be taken here at your ceremony venue, at your reception, or alternatively we could stop off for photographs at an attractive location of your choice.
If you need us for your reception, we would start by taking photographs of the exterior and interior of your venue. This would include shots of the table settings, decorations, flowers & balloons. This would ensure that the little details that make your day so special are recorded.
As the wedding party begins to arrive and relax, we can take the reportage style photography of all your family & friends that records the fun and excitement and tells the story of your day.
Very often we are asked to take a few formal photos of the bride & groom pretending to cut the wedding cake. Here we can capture close in shots of your hands & wedding rings. Unless you need us to record the speeches this is where we will leave you to enjoy your Wedding Breakfast.
Your images will be edited at our Cheshire Head Office. We will adjust to maintain a pleasing colour balance and to screen shots on which people have blinked or their eyes closed. Your images will be processed as a DVD slideshow and posted to you two - three weeks following your wedding day. As a rough guide we would be sending 100 images for each hour we attended although this may vary due to circumstances on the day. The DVD can be viewed on a TV or a computer. Each image has a water mark number across it as a reference number to quote if you wished to purchase individual photos. Each image will be presented in colour although photographs may be ordered in Black and White at no extra cost.
