Squashed Apple Photography Fake Reviews Against
Cream Wedding Photography Limited
In recent weeks Cream Wedding Photography Limited and its personnel has come under a concerted online hate campaign by Squashed Apple Photography's officers merely for running a legitimate business and defending our intellectual property.
Squashed Apple Photography and several other aliases that they operate under have repeatedly used content from our website on theirs without our permission and are thus infringing our copyright.
By defending our intellectual property we have successfully had several of their websites removed by the hosting companies. In addition, libellous reviews that they have posted about Cream Wedding Photography Limited and its personnel have also been removed.
In response Squashed Apple Photography has escalated their campaign of hate against us and posted numerous bogus reviews on photographers' GOOGLE Maps listings claiming that they are posted by us.
Example GOOGLE Maps Review text:
Dont be rubbished by expensive packages like this, we offer a no frills £50 an hour service,
where you will have a fully qualified and insured photographic professional. Speak to our customer service team on www.creamphoto.co.uk or visit us at Cream HQ,
Gate Lodge, Forty Acres Lane, Holmes Chapel, CREWE
CW4 8DY tel: 01477 571708
We can assure photographers that we are not the authors of these reviews and believe that the real authors are officers of Squashed Apple Photography.
While we have been very busy at getting their websites pulled that infringe our intellectual property and also online content that is libellous to our company and personnel, because we did not create the account(s) that posted these bogus reviews we are unable to remove them directly.
If you have become a victim of Squashed Apple Photography's hate campaign against us, we urge you to report the offending text and Squashed Apple Photography to GOOGLE and any other online services they may use to attack us for merely protecting what is rightly ours. In the GOOGLE Maps you can do this by clicking on the Flag as Inappropriate link next to the review.
Thank you for your consideration and support.
Kind regards,
Charles & Carolyn Wimpenny (Directors).

Reviews On Trust Pilot Website on Squashed Apple Photography.
so-so work by Florgeolette Walker
I have asked squashedapple to do video and photo coverage for my wedding because of the nice reviews I read about them. The negotiations were okay. They reply promptly to all my queries and turned up on my wedding day. But, they didn't stay for 4 hours as agreed. They left just as I was starting to do our first dance. I don't have pictures of the reception and the guests at the table. i don't have pictures (frontal angle) of my entourage marching down the aisle. i don't have that picture as well.
The video was not transferred to a DVD copy and they gave me pictures that for me, are not really up to a professional standard. The video highlights was only about 45 seconds and I thought it would last even at least the middle of the song! The pictures were.. well, to say the least, not as artistic and wonderful as I hoped it would be... in other words, rubbish! My amateur photographer friends from my country (Philippines) take better pictures than this so-called professional! I asked a friend of mine to take pictures as well, and hers were better that what SquashedApple gave me. The thing that really pi**ed me off was when they wrote a review using my name and that for me is fraud! They apologized though and deleted that review but then, they are dodgy now in my book Because of this, I bought a dslr and is brushing up again with my photography skills! I think I know better photography than Carlo!

A response to Mrs Walker; it's inevitable that companies get targeted personally. Our team covered this in Jan 2010, we helped the couple secure coverage they wanted that they couldn't otherwise afford from the high street. They had a budget of as little as £450 and couldn't find anywhere that would provide photographs and Video.
Sadly the coverage was cut short, when immigration officials raided the reception, that was held in a small pub in Moston Manchester, to question Mr Walker about the legality of his wedding. I believe several other guests were questioned. We wrote to Mr Walker, 14 Rose Bank Road, Newton Heath, Manchester. We did get a reply some months later from a Kevin and Sandra Walker, stating that due to personal reasons the Bride and Groom have gone to reside in the Phillipines.
Florgeolette Walker
You are such a liar! There was no immigration officials raiding mg wedding as they do not have a need to. I am not an illegal immigrant. I am challenging you to report me to the Home Office so I can prove to everyone reading this that I have a valid stay. How low can you get telling everyone such lies!!! And using my parent-in-laws name (of course he knows their names as they are written in the application form) to put some "factual" evidence on your reply. Well, if and when you sent them a letter, which address did it came from? We don't live with them. And, if and when we are hiding in the Philippines, why am I still here working in Manchester City Centre? Come on Carlo! Stop all this bull**it and lies and stop implicating yourself on this issue. I do not care about the kind of work you produced. What I cared about was using my name and my husbands in all your fake reviews. Also, it wasn't Mr. Walker who mentioned about moviemaker.. it was me! My husband doesn't know a thing about all these software. Get your facts straight!

Pure fiction, Love to know what BBC program we featured on, was it the click program where cream weddings decided to try and get some free exposure, regarding google maps? After their marketing scam...... this world gets worse.

Squashed Apple Photography Steal Work from Lancashire Wedding Photographer's Website
Stolen word for word from here http://www.lancashireweddingphotography.co.uk/faq/22067
Q: How can you provide the coverage for so much cheaper than other photographers?
A: By taking out the cost of albums, album preparation, pre wedding meetings etc, we are able to offer a low priced solution to your photography needs for your wedding day, leaving you more to spend on other items.
Q. What if want a pre wedding meeting?
A: Although not essential, we aim to make them a little more fun by having a pre wedding shoot (see additional options on the prices page). One of the reasons we manage to keep our prices for the coverage on your big day so low is because we aim to remove the padding the higher priced photographers put in!
Q: How can we book?
A: Simply get in touch through the website, email, or by phone and we can check availability on your date. Getting booked in is very easy, simply click on the Book Online link to complete our online booking form.
Q: Who are the photographers?
A: We have Three photographers who work for Lancashire Wedding Photography. Tim, Vicky and Lorraine.
Q: Can I have the same photographer they had at my relatives/friends wedding or select a photographer and view their work?
A: Of course you can, if you can't remember their name just give us the date and names of the couple who got married and we will be able to see if they are free on your date. Or alternatively feel free to ask for a demo disc from one of the photographers shoots.
Q: Do I have to spend hours on my wedding day having pictures taken of me?
A: Not unless you want to. We tend to spend around 15-30 minutes with bride and groom to work on some stunning portraits away from the guests, other than the group shots and some arrangements as the day progresses, you can be free to enjoy the day with your family and friends. These make the best reportage shots.
Q: Should I have a second photographer?
A: It's entirely up to you. There are benefits to having a second photographer, they can provide an additional edge to the photography from different viewpoints and capture more of the guests enjoyment and candid shots. They can also help in speeding up the proceedings of the group shots so everyone can spend more time having fun. They are a really good idea for the larger weddings.
Q: We're getting married abroad and having an evening reception when we get back, can you photograph the evening event only, or even come abroad with us?
A: Yes! Please send us an email with the details and we'll accommodate your every need.
Q: We're getting married abroad, can you come and shoot for us?
A: Yes! Our normal price plans don't really apply but you can be assured we will provide an exceptional quote and you dont need to take the risk of an overseas photographer.
Q: How many pictures do you take and do we get all of them?
A: Depending on your chosen coverage, we will take somewhere in the region of 400 - 1000 photographs and you will get every one.
Q: Will we get charged if we want to print out the pictures ourselves or share them?
A: No, you do not need to worry about copyright. With all of our levels of coverage you have the licence to share them and print till your heart is content with no future costs.
Q: Can we change what we want in the packages?
A: Of course, please feel free to take a look at the additional options on the pricing page. If you can't see what you want, feel free to get in touch.
Q: Are there any hidden costs?
A: No. The price for each level of coverage is all inclusive, the only other cost is in the Gold package which doesn't include travel.
Q: When will I get my pictures?
A: All the images will be despacthed within 5-10 days of your wedding and sent to the booking address (unless otherwise advised on the booking form). We only send the pictures out once payment is cleared.
Q: What if you are ill on the day of our wedding and can't make it?
A: Don't worry, we have never had this problem. However, to plan for the worst, the reason you are safe with Lancashire Wedding Photography is because we have a bank of professional experienced photographers, mentioned above, who will take over.
Q: Who runs Lancashire Wedding Photography?
A: Tim Emmerton. That's me by the way! I love photography and love creating great images. It's a privilege to have the responsibility to shoot someones big day and none of us cut any corners, its all about you and providing a great service and that's why everyone who works for Lancashire Wedding Photography has the right work ethic, photographic and people skills to make sure memories of your day last a lifetime.

A: No. The price for each level of coverage is clearly stated on our options page, any other charges like travel costs are invoiced after your wedding. The free Storybook deal which is included in Option 3 does give you additional page print charges, and these are very minimal. More info detailing the Album page print costs can be found on our pay by the hour page
Q: When will I get my pictures?
A: All the images will be dispatched within 5 days of your wedding and sent to the booking address (unless otherwise advised on the booking form). Further delays are usually in peak wedding season, more info can be found on our pay by the hour page

Squashed Apple Photography stolen content For their Video webpage from Competitors Wesite.
February 21 2010 by Carolyn Wimpenny
Squashed Apple Photography are going into the video hire business. They have put a page on their website to advertise the fact and guess what - they have copeid the whole page from a legit company called Click AV. Rather odd really because Click AV run their business from Aston Under Lyne.... and that is the base of Squashed Apple Photography.

Subject: Squashed Apple Photography? Hi, thanks for all your replies. I had the conversation and my god how rude and dodgy is the guy???
Were talking and he is eating something at the same time. I questioned him as to where he was based (as the website i found said it was in the Mailbox). He said Manchester. When I asked why there was a google pin at the mailbox he got really cagey and said he has a local photograher in Birmingham.
I live close to the mailbox and i KNOW there is no photography company in there called Squashed Apple. I question him further he said he cant meet face to face- what with living in Manchester etc.
So thanks for all the replies- this is a massive scam. Now im on the hunt for a legit company! xxx

Guest's Review of Cream wedding photography, Cheshire Wales North West
15th Feb 2010
Overall Rating
Poor Quality, I hired cream weddings to cover my wedding in 2009. I booked with a lady, on the day it was a surprise that a different young lady turned up. I received my pictures back on a disc, went to asda to get some prints and it wouldn't work. I phoned cream photography and spoke to a man, he told me that i would have to buy prints. I was angered to the fact that this wasn't pointed out at the point of sale, to fuel my anger he told me that, the disc is over £300. He then without my permission posted it on you tube, all my pictures are very dark, how can they get away with this, i have logged a complaint with Trading Standards.

SQUASHED APPLE PHOTOGRAPHY WARNING STEALING PHOTOGRAPHERS WORK February 15th, 2010
From Carolyn Wimpenny Managing Director Cream Wedding Photography Limited about Squashed Apple Photography
This is a warning to all wedding photographers that people calling themselves Squashed Apple Photography are stealing the intellectual property rights from bona fide wedding photographers. Wedding photographers should check their site often for work they may have plagiarized.
All our work is protected by strong tracking software that notifies us if any of our work is copied across the internet. Recently Cream Wedding Photography Limited has been under a prolonged attack by Squashed Apple Photography and I have spend a great deal of my time having websites they have copied removed from the internet. The text had been hidden by painting the text the same (white) colour of the background. They have Lancashire wedding photographer's and our Company names hidden in this white coloured text.
I spent all of last week contacting the web hosting companies of web sites put up by Squashed Apple Photography that infringe our copyright to get them removed. We have had to prove that the copied work was ours and I am sick and tired of this lot trying to copy our business methods and blatantly stealing our work.
Squashed Apple were warned by their web site host last Friday to remove text copied from our site and this is the copy of an email we received from Squashed Apple Photography that evening.
Hi to whom it may concern.
We recently found some of your material, or sections of on our website. I can assure you this has been dealt with internally and if you have any more concerns of a similar nature, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Kind Regards

Our web stats show that we are constantly scrutinized by Squashed Apple photography. Here is a copy of such recent vist just over the last few days.

SQUASHED APPLE PHOTOGRAPHY SENDING FALSE EMAILS TO WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS
February 15th, 2010
Warning to Wedding Photographers from Carolyn Wimpenny, Managing Director of Cream Wedding Photography.
Yet another warning to wedding photographers to be on the alert for spoof emails sent from Squashed Apple Photography in Oldham.
Our Customer service team have had an email dialogue from a Florge & Simon enquiring about our wedding services. From the initial email we received on Wednesday February 10 2010 we have received 5 further emails requesting further information. Yesterday we received an email from Florge Simon which read
" Hi Carolyn
I came across a large amount of bad reviews on your company, this has now put me off choosing a low budget company and I don't want to take any chances with it being my wedding.
Thank you"
A search of reviews for our company threw up this one
-------------------
"
Absolute Rip OFF ! I hired creamphoto to cover my wedding, they promised fully qualified photographers , what I got was a student. What made it even worse, his camera stopped working, during my ceremony. I had 10 photographs of poor quality, in the whole 5 hours I had booked. The company owned by Charles Wimpenny, had the bare faced cheek, to ask if I had any wedding insurance to claim on. Think carefully before you hire substandard photo companies."
---------------------
This reveiw is downright libelous untrue and we are taking action over it.
