“What sort of photographs do you take?”
A
We take all the traditional photographs of the bride and groom, main family members and the groups. In addition we take reportage (documentary style) photographs and details shots such as the wedding car, bouquets, the cake and place settings.

“Are there any hidden charges?”
A
Definitely not. A small mileage charge may occur if the venue is more than ten miles from our photographer’s base. This is charged at 50p per mile calculated as the shortest route by Multimap Directions. We have photographers covering the area so this charge rarely applies.

“Sounds excellent value for money. What’s the catch?”
A
There is no catch. You’ll be getting high quality service at a realistic price. Our photographers are picked for their skill, experience and flair. Most of them are well known wedding photographers in their own right. We are fully insured and work under the Total Portraits brand so you can be assured of the highest quality service.

“How many photographs will I be able to choose from?”
A
We shoot digitally so there is no restriction on the amount of shots we can take. The number of shots will depend on the amount of time you need us for, the venue itself and the weather. As a rough guide, it will be between 200 and 400. A small wedding with just a few guests would result in around a hundred quality images.

“When do you send us the preview DVD?”
A
We aim to post this to you a day or so after your wedding.

“Can we buy our photos after we come back from our honeymoon?”
A
Of course you can. This is the beauty of our service. We don’t ask you to pay money up front for your photographs. Extensive market research tells us that discerning couples don’t want to buy expensive wedding albums that are seen as over priced and outdated. All our products are excellent value for money and there are prices and packages to suit everybody.

“Can I have black and white photos?”
A
Yes. You can choose full colour, black and white, sepia or a mixture of tones. Just let us know when you place your order. We work with state of the art computer programmes to bring you the best in digital imaging.

“My wedding is in two weeks. Am I too late to book?”
A
Our photography team can generally accommodate last minute bookings.
